According to the report from Livzon Industrial Park, the Phase II Stage II construction of Livzon Industrial Park is going to be completed and will go into operation in July. At that time, there will be the most advanced full-automatic high rack warehouse and logistic system in Southern China, the most advanced automatic lyophilized production line and the first solid preparation production line with Lhoest technology in China.
The Phase II Stage II construction projects include high rack warehouse, cephalosporin production line, solid preparation production line, central laboratory, animal house, administartion and R&D building etc. At the moment, the construction of high rack warehouse, cephalosporin production line and solid preparation production line have been in the stage of interior decoration and are expected to put into production in July.
In the high rack warehouse with a height of 26 meters, the racks are installed. The full-automatic hochregal and logistic system are equipped with the most advanced equipments, including full-automatic cars, stackers, shuttles and logistic control system, which will realize the full-automatic and unattended operation from sampling, positioning storage of materials and delivery of materials to production lines, storage and delivery of finished products to dispatch area etc.
The equipments of lyophilized production line are mainly from the top international pharmaceutical equipment manufacturers in Germany and Italy. The batching system is designed and produced specially by Germany GEA Company according to the production demands of Livzon. On the basis of given parameters, it realizes the automatic control of the whole process, including cooling and adding of excipients automatically, mixture of materials and excipients, on-line weighting, low temperature storage after class A sterile filtration, class B pressure filtration and adding materials into filling machine. The automatic detection devices makes sure intermediate products after filling comply with the quality requirement following the principle of no filling without bottles, automatic rejection of unqualified weighted products and automatic rejection of products without stoppers.
Lhoest Technology is a solid preparation production system dominating the international industry in recent ten years, with the main features of with closed system, standardized container, gravity flow system, workers and goods seperation, independent production areas, automated areas, raw material automatic delivery, information system and computer oriented manufacturing system. This solid preparation production line is the first in China drawing experience from Lhoest Technology: in a three-story building, all materials and products cycle mainlyl relying on gravity in a totally-enclosed enviroment and are controlled by the computer system, which will minimize the cross-contamination and human error, and can reduce the clean production area.
